Refund Policy

All seva sahyog (service contributions) made through this website are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances.

Your service contribution goes directly towards the following sacred purposes:

• Organisation of Sundarkand Pravachan and religious discourse events
• Creation and distribution of free digital spiritual content (audio, video, text)
• Expansion of Ramcharitmanas teachings to a global audience
• Providing spiritual education and sanskar to youth and children
• Maintenance of the website and digital outreach infrastructure

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• An email confirmation with your contribution details
• A digital receipt / acknowledgement for your records
• Periodic updates on how contributions are being utilised

In the rare event that your payment is deducted from your bank account but not confirmed on our website, please contact us within 7 working days with your transaction ID and bank statement. Such cases will be investigated and resolved on a case-by-case basis in coordination with our payment gateway partner (Razorpay).

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
